Welcome to Creative Bumblebee! These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of our User-Generated Content (UGC) services. By accessing and using our services, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Services Provided

Creative Bumblebee offers UGC services, which include connecting clients with content creators to produce authentic, user-driven content for marketing and branding purposes. The scope of the services will be outlined in each specific client agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear project briefs, timelines, and required materials to ensure that the content created aligns with their brand guidelines and objectives. It is the client’s duty to review all UGC submissions for quality and relevance to their campaigns.

3. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Clients retain ownership of any content created under our UGC services upon full payment and delivery. However, Creative Bumblebee reserves the right to showcase work as part of its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Content Rights: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use any UGC developed as part of our services for marketing, social media, and advertising purposes. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the content complies with legal regulations in their respective markets.

4. Payment Terms

• Pricing: Pricing for UGC services will be agreed upon in a separate agreement before work begins. All prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payment Schedule: Clients are required to pay a deposit upfront (as outlined in the agreement) with the balance due upon project completion. Invoices must be paid once the work is completed.

• Late Payment: A late payment fee of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date.

5. Content Review and Approval

Clients will be provided with UGC for review and approval. Any requested revisions must be communicated within 7 days. If no feedback is given within this period, the content will be considered approved.

6. Revisions

Clients are entitled to 1 round of revisions to the UGC produced. Any additional revisions may be subject to additional fees, as outlined in the agreement.

7. Confidentiality

Creative Bumblebee agrees to keep all client information, project briefs, and sensitive data confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice of 7 days. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for work completed must be settled. Creative Bumblebee reserves the right to terminate services if there is a breach of these terms.

9. Liability and Indemnification

Creative Bumblebee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the content produced, including but not limited to loss of profits or reputational damage. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Creative Bumblebee harmless from any claims arising out of the use of the content produced.

10. Content Ownership and Compliance

Creative Bumblebee ensures that all UGC creators grant proper permissions for the use of their content. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their campaigns comply with any relevant laws, including advertising standards, data protection regulations, and intellectual property rights.

11. Changes to Terms

Creative Bumblebee reserves the right to update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and take effect upon the updated terms being posted on our website.
