Travel & On-Site Content Creation

If content is to be created on location (e.g. in-store, at an event, in a studio) and the creator must travel from their usual working location:

• Travel costs (fuel, tolls, parking, etc.) are covered by the brand or added to the final invoice.

• If overnight accommodation is required, this must be arranged or covered by the brand.

• Time spent travelling is billable at €15/hour ex VAT, unless otherwise agreed.

Usage Rights (for all packages)

Included:

• All packages include 90 days of organic social media usage rights (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).

• Brands may post, share, and boost content on their owned social channels.

Not Included (but available upon request):

• Paid media (ads/boosting) beyond 90 days requires a buyout or renewal fee.

• Website, email marketing, TV, out-of-home, or third-party resale use is not permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Optional Add-Ons:

• 50% of base rate for an additional 90 days usage rights

Turnaround Timeframes

• Delivery within 10 - 14 working days

  Includes 1 round of revisions (delivered within 5 business days after feedback.

  Experience UGC refers to content created by UGC creators who visit hotels, restaurants, events, or attractions to capture and share their real-life experience of the brand. This type of content is designed specifically for advertising and promotional use, allowing brands to showcase authentic, relatable moments through the eyes of a customer — without the creator necessarily posting it on their own channels.
